We are seeking a Home Staging Associate to join our team!

This position will focus on staging/decorating residential properties for sale which involves helping with the overall design plan, selecting furnishings and accessories, and installing the design elements and decorating homes for sale.

Core work days for position are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Flexibility with schedule; some days will be busier than others and could start before 8 am and finish after 6 pm. Opportunity to grow into a full-time opportunity.


  • Create a staging plan to prepare house for listing, creating a cohesive look that is tailored to the style of the home. This includes vacant and occupied homes.

  • Give recommendations to homeowners to prepare occupied homes for staging (decluttering, removing furniture, etc.).

  • Coordinate movers and oversee the move of furniture from the storage unit to the property.

  • Decorate the home, including furniture placement, accessory placement, hanging art & mirrors, making beds, folding towels, running errands for final accessories.

  • Take preliminary photos for use in marketing writing/editing before professional photos.

  • Be onsite to meet photographer and ensure ahead of photoshoot that the property is picture-perfect. Ensure the shot list is complete by end of shoot. Ensure specific shots and angles are achieved.

  • De-stage properties by packing up accessories, and assist movers to load and return to warehouse

  • Organize the company warehouse on a weekly basis to ensure it’s clean and that things can be found easily when needed.



  • Eye for detail and color schemes with the ability to choose furniture, art and accessories for the appropriate style of the home. Ability to be extremely creative when we start to run low on inventory to be able to complete the job

  • Ability to pick up and move up to 50lbs. Be able to climb a ladder, go up and down stairs, bend down, kneel down, and lift up repeatedly throughout the day.

  • Have the ability to work basic tools (drills, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.), properly hang art, clean glass & furniture, and steam bedding.

  • Conscientious and self-motivated with upbeat attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Service-based, “can-do” attitude, positive and resourceful problem-solver.

  • Strong attention to detail, punctual, reliable and highly organized.

  • Learning based mindset: desire for continuous personal and professional development and openness to constructive feedback.

  • Extreme ownership - dedication to follow through all staging projects with ownership of both successes and failures.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and potential customers.

  • Technology savvy: proficiency in office productivity software, including Google Sheets and Docs, Mac proficiency preferred

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Proof of auto insurance required.

  • Personal cell phone required to make and accept business related calls, texts, and e-mails.


  • Applicants must have a minimum of one year of field experience or be enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited college interior design program.

  • Previous warehouse experience a plus.

  • Brokerage and/or Real Estate background a plus.

  • Clean background


Part-time: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays.


$18-22/hour, depending on experience.
