We’ll start by defining what thriving actually looks like for you—not some Instagram version of it. Then we’ll find the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and map a path to close it.

Protein goals, sauna sessions, meditation, breathwork, sleep upgrades, hormone therapy, cold plunges—I’ve done (and mostly loved) all of it. But this isn’t about throwing every trend at you. It’s about finding what moves the needle and fits your life.
